Qualifications

• 6+ years of software or solutions engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering.
• Proficient in Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience in building and operating large-scale production systems.
• Excellent technical communication abilities across diverse audiences.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and training materials.
• Self-motivated and capable of collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own customers' production readiness and activation processes.
• Drive first production workflows to shorten time-to-production.
• Establish standards for reliability and best practices.
• Manage customer technical programs and KPI-driven success plans.
• Monitor system health signals and lead technical reviews.
• Surface growth signals and partner with customers to enable new workloads.
