Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• CFRE, CAP®, CGPP, or related fundraising credential preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in planned giving, major gifts, or related fundraising roles.
• Experience with donor stewardship and fundraising strategies.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive planned giving strategy.
• Lead donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
• Manage a portfolio of planned giving donors and Legacy Circle members.
• Collaborate with Advancement, Finance, Communications, and Development Operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and grow legacy giving pipeline.
• Oversee gift administration and timely acknowledgment.
