Job summary

Incendia Partners is seeking a plaintiff-side employment litigation attorney to join remotely from Minnesota, with admission to the Minnesota Bar. The ideal candidate has 3–15 years of experience and can help build a Minnesota practice focused on wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases.

You will manage cases from intake through discovery and trial, mentor junior attorneys, and collaborate with the firm’s teams as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of attorney experience; more than 15 years is not a fit.
• Active Minnesota Bar membership in good standing.
• Employment law or employment litigation experience preferred.
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred; defense-side considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side employment litigation matters across a range of practice areas.
• Manage cases through the litigation process from investigation to discovery, mediation, and resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other documents.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and mediations.
• Develop case strategy and communicate with clients; mentor junior attorneys.
• Collaborate with the firm to build the Minnesota practice.
