Qualifications

• 2–6+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, ideally with strong pre-suit/negotiation skills.
• Excellent client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-suit investigations, client interviews, and liability assessments.
• Gather and analyze medical records and accident reports to build demands.
• Prepare and negotiate high-value settlement demands with insurers.
• Manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
