Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a mechanically focused Process Engineer to join our client’s team. The role is primarily remote with occasional in-office visits in Brooklyn Park, MN and up to 25% travel to client sites.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for process flow diagrams and a background in fluid handling are required. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of experience, strong engineering calculation skills, and experience with piping, pumping, and routing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience with fluid handling, piping, pumping and routing.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Edit 2D process flow diagrams in AutoCAD.
• Design and detail machines based on system requirements.
• Perform calculations related to flow design, pump sizing and valve sizing.
• Visit client sites to verify that process designs match equipment.
