Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment pipe welding test.

• Ten years pipe welder experience considered for equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Welds pipe systems and components in various positions.
• Sets up, assembles, and aligns pipe work.
• Interprets welding procedures and specifications.
• Maintains weld quality through proper technique and inspection.
• Preheats, cleans, and finishes welds; repairs as needed.
• Operates welding equipment and monitors safety protocols.
• Reads blueprints and drawings for fabrication details.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
