Job summary

NANA Construction, LLC is seeking a skilled pipe welder to lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related equipment in industrial settings in Alaska. The role requires multi-process welding expertise (GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW) and the ability to pass a pre-employment welding test.

Applicants should have five years of pipe welding experience and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position with demanding physical requirements and a focus on safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of pipe welding experience.
• Pre-employment pipe welding test required.
• Multi-process welding experience (GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related equipment.
• Welds in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
• Quality checks weld beads and maintains fusion depth.
• Preheats pieces and prepares weld joints.
• Ensures clean, degreased weld joints and repairs as needed.
