Allstate is seeking a Personal Injury Protection/No-Fault Attorney to manage a diverse no-fault caseload, including arbitrations and mediations, while staying current on evolving laws to keep defenses effective and compliant. This remote-based role requires occasional in-person court appearances across New Jersey.

You will advise claims professionals, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school with active New Jersey Bar.
• Experience managing PIP/No-Fault litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle a full caseload with minimal oversight.

• Manage all aspects of PIP/No-Fault litigation from inception to resolution.
• Handle complex matters with high exposure, applying litigation strategies.
• Conduct EUOs and prepare detailed fraud-focused reports.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings.
• Mentor junior attorneys and share subject-matter expertise.
