• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and advise handling.
• Review and negotiate injuries in moderate to complex cases when applicable.
• Identify vehicle parts and potential property damage for claims.
• Assess customer needs and provide professional service to meet them.
• Exercise independent judgment within authority limits.
