Responsibilities

• Investigate complex auto claims for coverage, liability and damages.
• Determine subrogation or fraud risk and advise handling strategy.
• Mentor junior staff and guide associates in casework.
• Review and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when applicable.
• Identify vehicle parts and related property damage during claims review.
• Assess customer needs and deliver service to resolve claims efficiently.
