• Adjust and negotiate claims within limit of authority.

Responsibilities

• Handle investigations regarding auto claims including coverage, liability and damages with limited discretion.
• Learn how to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims when injuries are involved.
• Identify customer needs and meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills.
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it.
