DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a UAS Operations Specialist to join Flight Operations as a commercial UAS RPIC under Part 135. You will complete FAA-approved training and qualification, maintain currency, and perform preflight planning, mission execution, and post-flight activities in a safety-conscious framework.

This role involves Part 107 flight testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams. As you progress, instructor or check-pilot duties may be available based on qualifications and

Formación

• FAA Remote Pilot Certificate with a small UAS rating.
• Part 107 aeronautical knowledge currency and regulatory eligibility for Part 135 operations.
• Commercial UAS or aviation flight experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as commercial UAS RPIC under the direction of the Flight Operations Lead and Chief Pilot.
• Complete required initial ground and flight training and qualification checks.
• Maintain pilot certificates, currency, recurrent training, and medical eligibility.
• Perform preflight planning, weather and airspace review, mission execution, and post-flight activities.
• Apply company manuals, SOPs, checklists, FAA authorizations, and operating limitations.
• Support Part 107 operations, flight testing, and development activities.
• Provide feedback on aircraft behavior, procedures, and operational limitations.
