Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Defense Attorney to join our growing team. This permanent role offers the chance to handle complex catastrophic injury cases with a strong emphasis on defense strategy.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in personal injury defense and a J.D. from an accredited law school. The position supports remote, hybrid, or onsite work options with competitive compensation and bonus programs.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury defense.
• Proven track record of litigating and settling personal injury cases.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and interpretation of complex legal information.
• Proficient in legal research software and case management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of a case from inception to conclusion, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlements and trial prep.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies with evidentiary presentations.
• Conduct legal research, gather evidence, and develop defense strategies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, patents, mortgages, leases and contracts.
• Confer with colleagues to verify bases for legal proceedings.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments for case presentations.
• Advise clients on business transactions, liability, and legal rights and obligations.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Act as advocate in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations before courts and authorities.
