The ideal candidate will defend clients in personal injury cases, manage depositions, and negotiate settlements, while delivering superior client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in personal injury defense.
• Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
• Proven experience in conducting and defending depositions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases.
• Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending a lawsuit.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies for case preparation and presentation.
• Advise clients on business transactions, liability, and legal rights and obligations.
• Gather evidence by interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain facts.
