Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group seeks a highly organized Legal Case Manager to support MA PI cases from intake through settlement or trial preparation. You will coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurers to keep deadlines and milestones on track.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Personal Injury case management experience, strong knowledge of MA procedures, and proficiency with Filevine, Smart Advocate, or Needles. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Injury case management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing PI cases in Massachusetts.
• Strong understanding of Massachusetts PI laws, court procedures, and pre-litigation process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with legal case management software (Filevine/Smart Advocate/Needles).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel.
• Review medical records, bills, and other case-related documents.
• Prepare demand packages and assist in settlement negotiations.
• Maintain case files and calendaring to track deadlines.
• Draft correspondence, case summaries, and legal documents as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for litigation or settlement.
