Job description

What You’ll Do

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement.
• Maintain consistent client communication and provide regular case updates.
• Obtain and review medical records, bills, wage documentation, police reports, and insurance information.
• Draft demands, settlement correspondence, 93A demand letters, releases, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Track treatment progress, damages, liens, and settlement-related issues.
• Maintain accurate case records and activity logs within Filevine.
• Prepare cases for settlement negotiations, mediation, litigation, and trial.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy and file development.
• Ensure all client contact and case activity is documented accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Strong understanding of Massachusetts personal injury law and practice.
• Experience handling medical records, insurance claims, PIP benefits, and settlements.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Filevine experience preferred.
• Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to client service.
