gpac is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join a well-established Rhode Island plaintiff-side firm. You will manage cases from intake through settlement, coordinating medical records and billing while serving as the main point of contact for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a similar role within a personal injury law firm.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with medical records, medical billing, insurance claims, and settlement documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients with regular updates throughout the claims process.
• Coordinate medical treatment follow-ups and liaise with providers on records and billing.
• Request, collect, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, clients, and other relevant parties.
• Track case progress, outstanding documentation, and important deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with settlement demand preparation and case development.
• Maintain accurate electronic case files and client records.
• Follow up on outstanding records, bills, authorizations, and other case-related materials.
