The position requires professional sales/marketing experience, clinical background, and CRM proficiency, with extensive travel across Central Illinois to Eastern Iowa.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or marketing combined with 5 years of clinical background; or 2 years healthcare sales/marketing experience.
• General medical knowledge related to organization services, treatment offerings and equipment.
• Experience with CRM/PRM tools.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Ability to interpret market data; Bachelor's in Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Markets Shriner's Children’s directly to referring physicians and other providers to drive referral growth.
• Maintains relationships with referring providers through high-quality communication and service.
• Participates in regional professional provider organizations and events to generate leads.
• Maintains CRM records of provider activity to inform strategy and opportunities.
• Develops outreach activity goals and reports trends and results for continuous improvement.
• Analyzes payer mix and market data to support referral efforts and identify opportunities.
• Collaborates with marketing, clinical staff, and leadership to align campaigns and collect feedback reports.
