Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a dynamic Physician Liaison to expand our Home Infusion Pharmacy Services. This fully remote role requires travel to healthcare provider offices and partner locations, with coverage in the Fort Wayne area.

You will build relationships, present services, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will leverage clinical expertise and sales acumen to market services, identify opportunities, and meet sales targets while traveling

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Prior sales experience with track record of success preferred.
• Prior Healthcare industry experience - experience with multi-site healthcare organization strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred.
• Ability to travel in service area on a regular basis; overnight travel may be required.
• Bachelors Degree required or equivalent years of experience. RN Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes IU Health specialty services to drive referrals from referring specialists into the IU Health system.
• Responsible for revenue growth for a defined set of IU Health Specialists.
• Serves the IU Health system as a sales resource that focuses on specific services in alignment with the current market strategy.
• Works to resolve physician/office issues.
• Reports market intelligence to system leadership.
• Serves as a resource and leader for Primary Care Liaison counterparts.
