The position is full-time, with a hybrid model: four travel days in the field and one in-office day for administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) required; Indiana license active.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals about IU Health Home Care services and products.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and community partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and market strategies to expand home enteral nutrition referrals across Indiana.
• Promote and market home enteral nutrition services to drive statewide referral growth.
• Travel regularly within the service area (Indiana counties south of Indianapolis) and manage referrals in collaboration with healthcare teams.
