Job summary
Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Compensation Consultant (Physician & Total Rewards) for a contract role in Los Angeles, CA (Remote).
The candidate will analyze physician performance metrics and compensation data, build advanced Excel models, and develop executive PowerPoint presentations for leadership decisions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in compensation analytics or HR consulting, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), and excellent communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years in Compensation/Analytics/Healthcare analytics or HR consulting.
- Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
Responsibilities
- Analyze physician performance metrics and compensation data.
- Evaluate physician bonus eligibility using complex criteria.
- Develop executive PowerPoint presentations with findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with physician leaders and HR, Finance, Benefits, and execs.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across compensation programs.
