Job summary

Humana Inc's CenterWell Medical Group is seeking a Virtual Physician Collaborator to join a new virtual care delivery team. The role supports seniors by providing wraparound telemedicine services when they cannot see their PCP, with approximately 5 hours of remote work per month.

The position reports to the Associate Director and emphasizes chart reviews, collaboration with Nurse Practitioners, and close partnership with clinical leaders to improve care quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted medical license in at least one of the required states.
• Board certification or board eligibility in a medical specialty.
• Minimum 2+ years of telemedicine/telehealth experience.
• Minimum 2+ years as a Collaborating Physician.

Responsibilities

• Complete regular chart reviews and coordinate monthly meetings.
• Serve as a resource for advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders on quality of care, data outcomes, and records issues.
