Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced hospital medicine physician to act as a contractor for AI training. You will review inpatient records and clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency, focusing on HPI, medical history, medications, and care plans.

The role requires 5+ years of hospitalist experience, MD/DO with Internal Medicine board certification, and recent inpatient work. You will provide feedback to improve AI data quality while working remotely across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitalist experience.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine (MD/DO).
• Current or recent inpatient hospitalist work within the past 2 years.
• Strong understanding of inpatient workflows (admissions, progress notes, care transitions, discharge).
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data and following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient records and clinical notes (including HPI, history, meds, social history, assessments, care plans).
• Verify clinical claims against medical documentation.
• Identify missing or inaccurate information (dosing, interactions, age-specific details).
• Apply review guidelines consistently and provide actionable feedback to improve AI model data quality.
• Support AI training by ensuring clinical accuracy and data integrity.
