Remotebridge seeks a Physician AI Trainer – Hospital Medicine for a remote contractor role. You will apply your inpatient clinical training to help train next‑gen AI systems using real-world data and strict documentation standards.

You will review records, ensure information is supported by the medical record, and provide feedback to improve model learning and data quality. MD/DO and 5+ years hospitalist experience required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of hospitalist experience.
• Board-certified MD or DO in Internal Medicine (Hospital Medicine focus preferred).
• Current or recent inpatient hospitalist experience (within 2 years).
• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation, workflows, and transitions of care.
• Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines consistently.
• Experience with chart review, CDS improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review medical records, including notes and data, for AI training.
• Verify information is supported by the medical record and documentation standards.
• Assess inpatient adult medicine documentation (HPI, PMH, meds, social history, plans).
• Identify missing or inconsistent data, dosing considerations, and age-appropriate details.
• Provide feedback to improve AI model learning and data quality.
