Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitalist experience preferred.
• Strong ability to review and interpret inpatient documentation.
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records for AI training, ensuring key clinical data is accurate and complete.
• Check that information and claims align with the medical record.
• Review inpatient adult medicine documentation (HPI, PMH, med reconciliation, social history, assessments, plans).
• Identify missing or inconsistent information, including dosing and drug interactions.
• Provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.
