Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking experienced medical reviewers to support AI training for inpatient documentation. You will evaluate model outputs, review clinical notes and hospital records, and explain your judgments with clear written feedback.

This remote, part-time contract runs 1 to 3 months with flexible weekly hours. US-based licensed physicians with hospitalist experience are preferred; MD/DO and board certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• US medical license is required.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient medical documentation and hospital workflows.
• Preferred: 5+ years of hospitalist experience.
• Preferred: MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Preferred: Inpatient hospitalist experience within the last 2 years.
• Experience with chart review, medical coding, or quality assurance is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs against inpatient documentation guidelines.
• Review clinical notes and raw medical record data.
• Document evidence-based judgments and explain the reasoning behind them.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality reviews across tasks.
