Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced physician leader to guide a team of Physician Advisors in a fully remote US-based environment. You will balance clinical workload with leadership, mentor peers, and drive improvements in medical necessity, denials prevention, and payer communications.

You will develop workflows, educational resources, and standardized best practices while collaborating with leadership to enhance client outcomes and program development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted physician license in the United States.
• Board-certified in an appropriate medical specialty.
• Significant Physician Advisor experience with leadership duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to Physician Advisors while maintaining active production workload.
• Act as senior clinical SME for complex utilization reviews and medical necessity determinations.
• Establish standards for clinical decision-making, documentation, and client service.
• Oversee quality reviews, call audits, and performance metrics.
