Qualifications

• Strong clinical background and investigative mindset.
• Excellent written English communication; clear case reviews for diverse audiences.
• Experience applying Medicare and payer guidelines in case reviews.

Responsibilities

• Direct holistic case reviews to determine medical necessity and documentation quality.
• Perform Level of Care (LOC) determinations and peer-to-peer reviews.
• Collaborate with hospitals and care teams to improve outcomes and regulatory compliance.
