Your Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy via a secure telehealth platform for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Implement trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment practices.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Provide direct therapeutic services—individual, group, and/or family therapy—as needed.
• Assess patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources related to your caseload.
• Offer crisis intervention, education, and long-term recovery strategies virtually.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree with 5+ years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting.
• Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• At least 2 years' experience as a Telehealth Therapist.
• Active license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience working with dual diagnosis and SUD patients in outpatient settings.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals such as nurses, pharmacists, and physician assistants.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
• Passion for breaking barriers to care and advancing virtual behavioral health treatment.

Additional Requirements

• Pass PA Criminal Background Check
• Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
• Pass a drug screening
• Complete TB testing
• Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
