The role sits in a remote-first environment with occasional in-person team gatherings. You’ll join a diverse, globally distributed Product Operations team and collaborate across functions to deliver reliable connectivity.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience on an Operations team.
• Empathetic, customer-centric approach.
• Clear verbal and written communicator.
• Ability to learn quickly and master complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated contact for ISVs porting numbers and manage one-time porting projects for direct customers.
• Provide support for common customer inquiries received by email to ensure a great experience.
• Assess the nature of product or service issues and resolve basic-to-intermediate problems.
• Learn and develop new processes across multiple subject areas to keep operations running smoothly.
• Respond to and action incoming carrier partner notifications.
• Triage complex issues to team leads, managers, engineering, or product teams as appropriate.
• Answer moderately complex questions from customers in core areas and multiple domains.
