Job summary

Synergos Institute is seeking a Philanthropy Partner, North America, to drive membership growth and strengthen the Global Philanthropists Circle (GPC) network. This remote, full-time role focuses on relationship management for ~20 GPC member families and delivering engaging programs across North America.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in philanthropy, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global team. Remote work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in philanthropy or related social impact work.
• Strong experience in developing in-depth relationship cultivation and management.
• Experience facilitating programs and workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfort working in a global, remote team and meeting deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management and member cultivation for GPC families.
• Develop and execute yearly engagement plans for GPC members.
• Plan and deliver programs and workshops for North America focus.
• Build visibility for Synergos and the GPC at external philanthropy meetings.
• Collaborate with the global team on digital and in-person program delivery.
