Job summary

Synergos seeks a dynamic Chief Philanthropy Officer to drive an integrated approach to philanthropy, resource mobilization, and strategic partnerships. Serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the CPO will develop and execute strategies to strengthen long-term financial sustainability, global influence, and social impact, reporting to the President and CEO.

• Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in philanthropy and resource mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated philanthropy, resource mobilization, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategies to strengthen financial sustainability, global influence, and social impact.
• Cultivate new sources of support from foundations, HNW individuals, family offices, corporations, and partners.
• Represent Synergos with funders and partners to advance inclusive, regenerative giving.
