Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC seeks multiple full-time Remote Pharmacy Technicians to support VA Medical Centers. Positions are fully remote but require residence within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ. Shifts may run 6:00 AM–11:00 PM PT and schedules may change based on operations.

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, renewing requests, answering veteran inquiries, and documenting in CPRS/VA systems. Candidates must meet certification and retail pharmacy experience requirements.

Qualifications

Must be a US citizen.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Graduate of an Academic Pharmacy Technician Training Program.
Active national certification: CPhT (PTCB) or ExCPT (NHA).
Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

Process and submit new prescription requests and renewals using approved VA protocols.
Answer calls from Veterans, physicians, and healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions.
Review prescription profiles and provide status updates within technician scope.
Document patient and staff interactions in CPRS and VA systems.
Verify patient identity prior to discussing protected health information.
