Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC seeks multiple full-time Remote Pharmacy Technicians to support VA Medical Centers. These roles are remote but require residency within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ, and may follow Pacific Time. You will process prescriptions, assist veterans, and maintain CPRS/VA system compliance.

Required are US citizenship, a pharmacy technician training program, active national certification (CPhT or ExCPT), and at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for employment.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an Academic Pharmacy Technician Training Program.
• Active national certification: CPhT (PTCB) or ExCPT (NHA) and current.
• Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit new prescription requests and renewals using VA protocols.
• Answer calls from Veterans and healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions.
• Review prescription profiles and provide status updates within technician scope.
• Document patient and staff interactions in CPRS and VA systems.
• Verify patient identity prior to discussing protected health information.
• Maintain access and compliance with VA electronic health record systems.
