Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking several full-time Remote Pharmacy Technicians to support VA Medical Centers. This role is remote but requires residency within 50 miles of Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities include processing prescription requests, handling calls from Veterans and clinicians, and maintaining CPRS documentation. Candidates must have a pharmacy technician training program, active national certification, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• US citizen.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an academic pharmacy technician training program.
• Must hold one of the following active national certifications: CPhT through PTCB or ExCPT through NHA.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit new prescription requests and medication renewal requests, including controlled substances, using VA protocols.
• Answer telephone calls from Veterans, physicians, and healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions and medication questions.
• Review prescription profiles and provide status updates on medications within technician scope.
