Cleveland Clinic is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for the Specialty Call Center. This remote role requires onsite training in Beachwood, Ohio during the first 90 days, with standard Monday–Friday schedules and no weekend coverage.

Responsibilities include coordinating prescription processing, insurance benefits, and financial assistance to ensure timely access to specialty medications. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED, CPhT certification (PTCB/NHA) and OBOP registration, with

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required.
CPhT certification through PTCB or NHA required at hire.
Active OBOP registration as CPhT/Registered/Trainee required at hire; must upgrade to CPhT within 6 months if trainee/registered.

Mansioni

Process insurance claims and conduct initial benefits investigations.
Assist with copay assistance programs and patient financial counseling.
Enter prescriptions and manage a high volume of inbound calls; coordinate with pharmacists and insurance providers.
Review patient charts for changes affecting prior authorization requirements.
Explain benefit coverage and financial responsibilities to patients and caregivers.
Document patient interactions in the pharmacy systems.
