Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Ambulatory Home Delivery PRN at the Administrative Campus in Beachwood. This role supports Home Delivery, Specialty and Adherence Pharmacies to ensure timely patient medication access.

Role includes packaging, labeling, repackaging, and non-sterile compounding under a pharmacist's supervision. Responsibilities include inventory control, customer service, and maintaining pharmacy records while pursuing the Cleveland Clinic School of Pharmacy

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Registered Pharmacy Technician through the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (OBOP) is required.
Certification as Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or NHA/PTCB within 18 months of hire.
Basic computer skills and ability to perform algebraic calculations.

Responsibilities

Follow established policies and procedures to support operations of the pharmacy department.
Prepare medications (selection, labeling, repackaging and non-sterile compounding).
Deliver medications to the appropriate storage locations.
Maintain inventory levels of medications and supplies.
Maintain a safe and clean work area in compliance with regulations.
