Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPhT certification through PTCB or NHA at hire.
• Active OBOP registration as CPT/Registered/Tech.
• Within 6 months, upgrade to Certified Technician with OBOP.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription claims and prior authorizations.
• Conduct benefits investigations for medications.
• Assist with copay assistance programs.
• Answer incoming calls and manage daily tasks.
