Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in health care, insurance industry, pharmacy, or medical background.
• Experience helping low income patients gain access to prescription medications.
• Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating with care teams.
• Excellent customer and telephone service, communications skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in Epic and Excel.
• Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Reliable home internet connection for remote work.
