CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I for Prior Authorizations, remote work from home. The Technician I will be the first contact for PA requests from members and providers and will determine if escalations are needed to a pharmacist. They will document approvals and denials accurately across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment.
• Must be able to work from home.
• High speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Determine if a complex request should be transferred to a pharmacist.
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials.
• Pronounce drug names and diagnoses accurately; navigate multiple software systems.
