Job summary

CVS Health is seeking licensed Pharmacy Technicians to support multiple retail pharmacy customer relations programs in a fast-paced setting. You will contact Medicare members to improve medication adherence, assist with placing orders, and resolve pharmacy-related issues with empathy and strong customer service.

Candidates must hold an active Pharmacy Technician license in their state of residence and have at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

Resident of AK, FL, ID, NC, OH, TN, TX, VT or WA.
Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence.
1+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
Proficient to advanced PC skills including MS Windows-based applications.
Ability to complete all required training programs.

Responsibilities

Outreach to Medicare members regarding their medication adherence and offering assistance to resolve barriers to refill.
Assist customers with placing orders in conjunction with their healthcare programs.
Assist customers with retail pharmacy-related issues and other initiatives as needed.
Must have superb customer service and empathy skills to connect with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced customer contact center.
