Job summary

CVS Health is seeking licensed Pharmacy Technicians to support multiple retail pharmacy customer relations programs, including outreach to Medicare members for medication adherence and helping resolve barriers to refills.

You will assist customers with placing orders in coordination with their healthcare programs and address retail pharmacy issues, delivering superb customer service in a fast-paced contact center.

Qualifications

• Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicare member outreach regarding medication adherence and barrier resolution.
• Assist customers with placing orders in conjunction with healthcare programs.
• Address retail pharmacy-related issues and other initiatives as needed.
• Provide superb customer service in a fast-paced customer contact center.
