Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician, PCO, to support hospice pharmacy operations remotely from Tennessee. You will process prescriptions, maintain patient medication profiles, and handle high-volume inbound calls from hospice partners, prescribers, and clinical staff.

The role requires at least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, a CPhT or EXCPT certification, and a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Process new prescriptions, refills, and discontinuations with accuracy.
• Maintain complete and compliant patient medication profiles.
• Respond to high-volume inbound calls from hospice partners, prescribers, and clinical staff.
• Triage and resolve routine service inquiries, escalating complex issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and active listening.
• Apply de-escalation techniques when supporting urgent or emotionally sensitive situations.
• Meet service level, quality, productivity, and documentation standards.
• Utilize pharmacy systems and internal tools to manage workflows and document activity.
• Identify service issues and partner with operations leadership on resolution.
• Participate in training, system updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
