• Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication.
• Apply de-escalation techniques for sensitive situations.
• Meet service level, quality, productivity, and documentation standards.
• Use pharmacy systems to manage workflows.
• Identify service issues and collaborate with leadership on resolution.
• Participate in training and system updates.
