Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support hospice pharmacy operations, processing prescriptions, refills, and discontinuations with a high level of accuracy while maintaining patient medication profiles. You will respond to inbound calls from hospice partners, prescribers, and clinical staff in a fast-paced, call-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, a CPhT or EXCPT, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience.
• CPhT or EXCPT certification required.
• High school diploma or better.

Responsibilities

• Process new prescriptions, refills, and discontinuations accurately.
• Maintain complete and compliant patient medication profiles.
• Respond to high-volume inbound calls from hospice partners, prescribers, and clinical staff.
• Triage and resolve routine service inquiries, escalating complex issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and active listening.
