Job summary

Della Infotech, Inc. is hiring a remote Pharmacy Technician to support a National Customer Care Center. You will handle inbound calls from members, pharmacies, and prescribers, working EST hours to ensure productivity and quality standards.

The role requires PBM/pharmacy experience, HS Diploma/GED, and PTCB/NCCT/ExCpt certification. Bachelor's degree is a plus, and the position emphasizes accurate data entry and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience.
• Experience with inbound customer support is a plus.
• Familiarity with formulary and prior authorization processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point of service inquiries.
• Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes.
• Enter customer data into our documentation tool.
• Assist members with pharmacy benefit inquiries.
• Follow SOPs to ensure accurate contact handling and operational effectiveness.
• Communicate issues and resolutions to customers and internal staff.
