Job summary

Della Infotech, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support a National Customer Care Center, handling inbound calls from members, pharmacies, and prescribers.

You will educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization, enter data into our documentation tool, assist members with pharmacy benefits, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Required: 3–5 years PBM/pharmacy experience; HS diploma or GED; PTCB or NHA certification preferred; 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience required.
• HS Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point of service inquiries.
• Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes.
• Enter customer data and other relevant information into our documentation tool.
• Assist members with pharmacy benefit inquiries.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Communicate issues and resolutions to customers and internal staff.
