Job summary

Feitong Buke is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for a contract to hire position based out of Miami, FL. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, process prescriptions, and collaborate with pharmacists in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Florida Board of Pharmacy Registered license and strong data entry skills. This role offers a pay of $21.00/hr along with benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and computer skills are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are mandatory.
• 1-2 years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance billing and prior authorizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Verify prescriptions and patient data to maintain confidentiality.
• Accurately enter and process prescription orders.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve issues quickly.
• Prep, scan, and manage documentation according to policy.
