Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Solution Manager to bridge business and technology teams, shaping end-to-end solutions from concept to delivery in a remote-friendly setting.

In this role you will define strategy, gather requirements, build business cases, align stakeholders, and drive implementation with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, measuring success with KPIs and continuous improvements. Travel to Humana offices may be required occasionally; work-from-home options supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution management, product management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and translate them into scalable solution concepts.
• Develop solution roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Gather and document business, operational, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define solution scope and success criteria.
• Partner with Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, and Operations teams to implement solutions.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for delivered solutions.
