Job summary

Humana seeks a Lead Product Manager for Medication Experience and Pharmacy Solutions to own end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy through delivery and optimization, across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on improving member understanding of benefits, reducing costs, and enabling informed healthcare decisions at scale, with remote work and occasional travel to Humana offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with increasing ownership and responsibility.
• Experience owning product strategy and delivery from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Proven ability to define and measure outcomes using KPIs, OKRs, analytics, and customer insights.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and product narratives.
• Experience defining product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Medication Experience and Pharmacy Solutions
• Identify member, business, and operational opportunities through research, analytics, VOC, and stakeholder insights
• Lead product discovery efforts to validate problems, opportunities, and solutions before development
• Develop business cases and recommendations that align investments to customer and business outcomes
• Own product delivery end-to-end, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and release planning
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pharmacy, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Define and manage KPIs, OKRs, success metrics, and experimentation strategies
• Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous product improvement
• Influence decisions across teams and stakeholders without direct authority
• Mentor and elevate product management practices across the broader organization
